The Cat People
I know for a fact that a lot of people do not like cats. I read their posts and comments online and I even have people informing me of this face to face. That’s cool, I feel like people have a right to feel however they want to about cats and anything else. What I will say is that I don’t feel that way. In fact, I believe it is really short sighted. I mean, cats can annoy people, but their benefit outweighs their detriment at times.
I live in a semi-rural area, with fields full of fruit trees and other edible crops. These fields often are only separated by mere yards from some people’s property. In those fields are rodents of all kinds, giant spiders, giant roaches and a menagerie of other slithering, creeping and crawling things. Most of the rodents and “other stuff” naturally ends up in the yards or properties of people adjacent to the fields searching for anything to eat, including, but not limited to wiring harnesses on automobiles, and motorcycles or wiring connected to homes. After spending 500 dollars on a new wiring harness, I thought it best to get a cat.
See, I knew that once a cat came on the scene, the rodents would smell its presence and move on. I also knew that the ones that stayed would be caught. It did not take long to abate them. With just a few cats in the neighborhood, the rodents disappeared within a year. As did the giant spiders and other small critters. Even skunks. That means the likelihood of Hantavirus being present here is minimal or anywhere else that cats are present. It also means that a person most likely won’t get sick unless they are inhaling and huffing rodent poo, or in an environment where such is present.
Cats hold a high position in the esoteric sciences, American Indian culture, and in Islam. One of the reasons being it is believed that cats “transit the veil” at will. This is the allegory unveiled in the Matrix with the black cat. See, if nothing else, Hollywood is the master of “exposing esoteric things.” The reason why I believe is that most people don’t really comprehend what they are watching. Ever. Most think it is, “movies,” when in reality, “It is messages.” A movie full of messages for those who can read them, and for those who can’t, “a great show.”
In our culture, the cat is viewed as the watcher. This because it can see through “all the veils.” Cats watch. They observe, and they act as guardians over “that which they see.” This is one of many reasons why rodents and other “stuff” are attractive to cats. For a cat, anything it observes “in its space” becomes friend, foe, or prey. Instantly, and rodents as prey, especially.
Cats were revered in ancient Egypt, they represented protection and good health. Harming a cat was a capitol crime punishable by death. The cat also plays a role in Norse Mythology, and in Japan and China the cat is said to ward off evil.
Even for sailors, a black cat onboard a boat was considered a good thing. So cats play a very profound role in many cultures, and in all cultures it is associated with esoteric sciences and occult, or hidden, knowledge. In the Islamic traditions it is said that cats “hunt and ward off the Jinns.” It is also said that the purring is a healing.
“Did you know that your cat’s gentle purr isn’t just a sign of happiness, but might actually be healing you? Many cat owners have felt the calming effect of a purring feline, but recent research suggests this soothing sound is more than comforting background noise. Scientists have discovered that the frequencies produced by a cat’s purr can trigger remarkable healing processes—in both cats and humans. From stress relief to bone repair, your cat’s purr is a natural phenomenon with real health benefits, offering a fascinating glimpse into the hidden powers of our feline friends.”
“A cat’s purr is produced by rapid, rhythmic twitching of the laryngeal (voice box) muscles. This unique action causes the vocal cords to separate and vibrate, emitting a consistent, low-frequency sound. Most domestic cats purr at frequencies between 20 and 50 Hertz (Hz)—a range that matches the therapeutic vibrations used in medical treatments for tissue healing and bone growth. Scientists have been fascinated by this overlap, as these specific frequencies are known to stimulate the body’s own healing mechanisms in both animals and humans.”
“Research has shown that the 20-50 Hz frequency range of a cat’s purr aligns precisely with electromagnetic vibrations used in therapies to stimulate bone growth and repair. Veterinary studies have demonstrated that such frequencies can accelerate healing in both animals and people, promoting faster recovery from fractures and injuries. According to a study published in the National Institutes of Health, these vibrations encourage cellular regeneration and boost the body’s natural ability to mend itself.”
“The healing frequencies found in a cat’s purr are not just theoretical—they’re actively used in modern medicine. FDA-approved medical devices employ low-frequency vibration therapy, remarkably similar to a cat’s purr, to aid bone healing and treat osteoporosis. Clinical studies have shown these devices can stimulate bone growth and speed up fracture recovery by mimicking natural healing frequencies. According to the National Institutes of Health, vibration therapy is a promising, non-invasive method for supporting skeletal health and rehabilitation.”

What I have ascertained from my studies over time is that a lot of traditions adopted by people who are Islamic is that those same “traditions or practices” actually have a scientific analog that aligns with it. It is a scientific fact that a cat is one of the cleanest animals on the realm. After it the dolphin, “that lives in water.”
“When it comes to the cleanest animals in the world, cats are definitely at the top of the list. They are dedicated to staying clean, spending hours every day licking their fur. Scientists suggest that cats may spend as much as 24% of their waking hours grooming, with some estimates going as high as 50%.”
“The tongues of cats, covered in tiny, spine-like structures called papillae, work like a built-in hairbrush that transfers a good amount of saliva to their coats. These papillae help remove dirt, loose hair, and any embarrassing bits of yesterday’s dinner stuck to their whiskers.”
“Cats also instinctively avoid making a mess in their living space, and have a strong preference for burying their waste in the litter box. But cats don’t just groom for the sake of it. This obsession with hygiene is a clever survival strategy. In the wild, being tidy and scent-free means a reduced chance of becoming lunch for a larger predator.”

Now, just for the sake of saying so, “The Arabs are so pragmatic in religion, that if there was ANY WAY to make cats forbidden they would.” Trust. They however cannot in this instance because cats were beloved by Prophet Muhammad. [PBUH] So much so that cats have free run of all Mosques realm wide, even in Mecca and Medina. With the Islamic realm with cats, it goes back to, “viewing through the veils.” It’s about using the cat’s eyes, and it’s “guardian instincts” to ward off rodents and such on a natural level; and Jinns or “other stuff” on a supernatural one.
How did Prophet Muhammad know they were the cleanest animal “in the world?” He was in the deserts of Arabia, and never “saw the world?” That evidences the aforementioned, “scientific analog” to religious tradition. It is a scientific fact that cats are pure among animals.
Right now on the realm there is a large push to instill what I believe to be unwarranted fear in the people about some sort of “new virus.” The media is full of “stories” to support this narrative. What the media is not saying is the things people can do to eliminate the possibility of contracting Hantavirus. The first thing would be to eliminate that which carries it, and that is rats or mice. Every neighborhood should have a few cats roaming loose. “When the cat’s away, the mice will play,” I have heard.
“Night after night, Doug Perry and his wife Barbara were plagued by the sound of rats munching on cables and scurrying around their Idaho home as they tried to sleep. The couple got so fed up, they filled their house with sticky glue pads and traps and set up a Ring camera in the kitchen to try and catch them. Every night, they would be woken by a notification that the vermin invaders were back in their kitchen. But Doug said the ‘smart’ rats often evaded them, escaping back to their hideout through a tiny cable hole behind the TV before they could get downstairs to catch them.”
“My wife was going crazy,’ Doug, 71, of Boise, told the Daily Mail. ‘It was a long, drawn-out process. ‘They’re so quick and so fast. They can jump 6ft. They’re horrible.’
“For several years, this has become a common occurrence for residents of Ada County as sightings of vermin have been growing at a rapid rate and costing residents thousands in private pest control. Residents, like Doug, told the Daily Mail they’ve had to take matters into their own hands as lawmakers have failed to help them. “We tried everything and nothing worked,’ Doug told the Daily Mail.”
“People across Ada and the Treasure Valley area are being terrorized by the beasts with the population of Norway and roof rats growing to ‘apocalyptic’ levels, according to residents. Norway are the same species as the ones in New York City. Speaking to the Daily Mail, State Representative Steve Berch warned: ‘Not dealing with the issue properly or in a timely manner can – and will – result in tens of millions of dollars in damage.”
“Idaho runs under what is known as Dillon’s Rule, which subscribes to the notion that the state government is the principal source of authority. It limits local government’s authority to create programs and procedures without the state’s approval. Rats are not mentioned in the state’s law, so local governments have a hard time addressing the problem on a smaller level. There is also not a local agency that is currently tasked with dealing with the problem. Residents have been laying traps and calling in private pest control companies to deal with the problem. The local government is unable to help residents as it cannot do so without state permission.”
“In March Berch introduced a Senate bill, called the Rodents of Unusual Size Act, after his constituents contacted him about the growing problem. It failed in the State House, with 13 representatives, whose constituents live in the hotspots of Ada and Canyon Counties, voting no. If four of them had changed their mind, the bill would have passed.”
“In the meantime, homeowners can expect to spend thousands of dollars to rid their homes of rats that invade their attic, crawl spaces, and kitchen pantries. And they may have to do it repeatedly if the problem isn’t eradicated on a large scale. Ryan Davidson, the District 1 commissioner for Ada County, said the county is looking for ways around the state, but so far can’t find any. For now, getting rid of the pests lies in the hands of individuals.”
“The City of Boise has increased its efforts to educate locals on how to prevent a rat infestation, including telling them to seal entry points, reduce moisture by fixing leaky pipes, and make sure to trim back trees and shrubs that could provide cover for rodents. Politicians have largely blamed the influx, that started in 2002, on those moving into the area from California, Oregon, and Washington for bringing the rats to Idaho – despite the lack of proof.”
“Norway rats have been spotted in Washington, and roof rats tend to like warmer climates. Treasure Valley also offers convenient thoroughfares for vermin through its irrigation canals.

Start with the basics. Get rid of the rodents. Clean the yard, garage and home. Make sure the office or work space is rodent dropping free and that all home or office spaces have clean air filters. Then relax. Cats are around for a reason and when a person’s soul is “aligned in the way it should be,” that purpose is clear. All of creation is here to aid and assist us in the fulfillment of our lives, we however are the ones that make it difficult for creation to help us. Civilization destroys the natural, healthy way.
I call cats, “The Cat People.” Because I feel as if they are more sentient than most people believe. They have different personalities like people, and no matter how big or small they all have the same facial expressions and mannerisms. They are also excellent judges of energy. Cats are attracted to positive energy. I have seen it. Cats like pleasant things and they are repulsed by negative things. They Love children.
I would rather not worry about Hantavirus. I just can’t do it. It’s just another “yoke of fear” being thrown around people’s necks, and I just can’t “play along” with the nonsense. I already “danced that jig” in the “pandemic that never was” of 2020.
"Too Many Coincidences?"
Can “random coincidences” happen all the time? If so, is it really random? Of course it is. Who are you gonna believe, your lying rational mind or the television, clergy, public school, politicians, doctors, or experts? Get a cat…
Lord have Mercy

We have 4 cats and 2 German Shepherds. Everyone gets along great! No mice, for sure.
Yeah it’s like cats can see something the rest of us can’t
