Great article but you may want to update your understanding of food/diet. As I now understand it, vegetables have anti-nutrients (some more than others) that actually deprive you of nutrients you already have and then poison you with what they offer, in the form of seeds and skins, etc. It's complicated. Veggies are not the saviours we've been brainwashed into believing - oxalates, lectins, etc. Also, starches besides bread turn into sugar in your body too. You have to be a genius these days to know what to eat as there is no one-size-fits-all prescription when it comes to food.

You are correct. One fine example is tomatoes. They raise histamine, cause joint inflammation, congestion, skin irritations and they contain nicotine. Most people are allergic to them and don't even know it. Yes, you are spot on, I was just being general because to be honest any vegetable, nightshade family or not, is better than sugar processed junk. Once people ween off the junk, then on to your absolutely correct position. :)

There is however a one size fix all........dry fasting. People do all sorts of "healthy stuff" but they run from dry fasting. Most can't last 24 hrs. It fixes the body, and it's free.
